DEZZINER Returns & Refunds Policy

At DEZZINER, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that purchasing luxury fashion online requires confidence, and we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent return process.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.

  • Items must be in resalable condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and authenticity standards, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Intimates and undergarments

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items returned without authorization


2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@dezziner.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted or processed.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, incorrect, or defective items.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@dezziner.com with photos of the issue.

  • We will work quickly to resolve the problem at no additional cost to you.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't been received within 5 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider—some banks may take longer to post refunds.

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at support@dezziner.com.
